    Pros

I felt I was making a contribution to a worthy cause.

    Cons

Dirty. Unsanitary working conditions. Dysfunctional leadership

    Advice to Management

Clean up the place! Don't keep adding new programs and try to compete with Washington hospital center if you can't provide a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

    Pros

It's near public transportation. That's the only thing that's good about it.

    Cons

The leadership is non-communicative. The place is run-down and in need of serious TLC in many places. Some of the nuns look down upon you as if they disapprove of your existence. (I respect all beliefs but being rude is unnecessary.) There is not much room for growth. If you get a job, then you will pretty much stay in that position.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to support the growth of your employees with professional development and career acceleration. Also, respect is key.

It kills more people than saving them. Very ignorant and unprofessional physicians, unethical medical practices, hub of evil politics in the name of international employees, ghetto and untrained nurses, horrible administration, dumb leadership

    Advice to Management

open your eyes and consider recruiting new physicians, nurses and techs.
