I worked at Providence Healthcare part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Everyone on 3S was fun to work with, there was a lot of team work and everyone pulled together when things were busy

    Cons

There were a few employees that didn't do what they were supposed to do and made the workload even worse on busy days

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep an eye on employees who sit around while the rest of the staff is running around

I worked at Providence Healthcare full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Get compensated decently, have room to move around organization and establish relationships that can facilitate career transitions.

    Cons

More resources for employee continuing education would be an asset. Feel that organization could encourage more departmental interaction...each area feels like a silo.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
