    Pros

The community at Providence is great. They are really good about allowing you to balance a home and work life.

    Cons

The introduction of an ESOP program has caused a change in the feel of the company and it seems as though less thought is given to the care of its employees.

I worked at Providence full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Good co-workers. Benefits are ok. Great parking at facility. Two sponsored lunches in July and Christmas. Departments to work for are Injectables and infusion. Excellent patient care at this facility.

    Cons

Management can be harsh on employees. Hardly no flexibility in some situations which could make employees more loyal to company. Pay increases are small even for outstanding evaluations. Do not trust HR representative.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Loosen up and be more flexible with employees when it does not cost the company to do so.
