Job security. A lot of long time employees.
Cons
Hard to move up if not one of the chosen ones
Advice to Senior Management
Stay away from mergers, It would have been a disaster is we merged with Exelon

- no room for advancemen; people have been working at this company for 30+ years in the same position
- lied to about salary grades during interview

Easy to commute to via public transportation.
Cons
Little appreciation for people, work/life balance, little recognition for success. Limited transparency between management and those doing the work.
