    Pros

In many ways, the quality of life at P/PV can be great. The environment is fairly laid back and no one is ever looking over your shoulder - they just trust that you are getting your work done. Benefits are great as well. However, senior management is cracking down on some of the best perks of working here (e.g., flexible schedules). Salaries are relatively low, compared to other similar organizations; though, the benefits help to make up for the difference.

    Cons

Poor leadership in the organization; inequitable promotions - many staff get promoted on the same timeline without having demonstrated the same level of accomplishments as others; has a "ass-backwards" way of doing things (e.g., giving more junior staff the bigger bonuses b/c "they get paid less and need it more")

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

show the staff who you really need how much they're appreciated through proper compensation; provide more adequate leadership within the organization

    Pros

PPV has a very relaxed work environment. Plus you get great learning opportunities. Also, it has a great benefits package.

    Cons

PPV has low Low growth potential due to the small size of the company. Also the middle management is not very good at management.

    Recommends
