    Pros

It is very mission driven. It isn't too big, the staff is great and you feel like you can make a difference.

    Cons

Not enough trickle down of info by upper management.

    Pros

-Very organized team and leadership -Opportunity to cover things you are passionate about -Great hours

    Cons

-Internships are unpaid (it's public radio after all) -Not a con to me but... it's a busy newsroom, if you want to be heard, you must be constantly informed about world events and back up your ideas and suggestions with confidence. Not for the reserved or meek, per se.

    Pros

Exceptional co-workers who are great to work with. Awesome physical space - open, collaborative environment in downtown Mpls. Excellent work-life balance.

    Cons

Compensation is not competitive and there aren't many opportunities for personal growth.
