    Pros

Awesome training program. Great supportive company.

    Cons

Employment is a contract. The contract doesn't mean you'll have the job the length of the contract.

    Advice to Management

    Not very good advancement

    Pros

I am currently employed for 3.5 years. Managers are very understanding and realistic about the constant changes in the pharmaceutical sales environment.

    Cons

Better starting salaries and giving more vacation time (currently two weeks) to tenured/experienced representatives.

    Pros

Great intro to the Pharmaceutical Industry.

You control your daily schedule so quarterly bonuses are achievable!
District Management is extremely supportive and your team members are only an ear shot away.

    Cons

You put a lot of miles on your personal vehicle (Car allowance and mileage reimbursement need to be adjusted).
This is contract work so your job could end at ANY TIME.
If displacement occurs, there are NO guarantees another contract is available. Always have a back up plan

Great independent position with very little stress. Bonuses were easy to achieve.

    Cons

A good amount of driving required. Typically on a one year contract.

    Advice to Management

    Hire managers from within.

    Pros

High level management is pretty open, company culture goals are good. Standard benefits. Clean and neat work area.

    Cons

Middle level management (according my experience) is able to humiliate employees. Tough psychological and emotional pressure is possible time to time. I hope not all managers in the company conduct themselves in a such manner. Almost no bonuses.

    Advice to Management

    Business dies, people remain.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Some of the people are okay

    Cons

No work/life balance. Management does not care about employees, It does not matter if you are a qualified person, they layoff those who are not apart of the "in" with upper management. I would go as far to say that if you are not right out of college you will not work there long unless you are a first level worker

    Advice to Management

No advice to management, they are extremely bad at their jobs.

    Pros

Publicis Touchpoint Solutions' management was supportive and knowledgeable.

    Cons

It is a ocntract position, so even though it is full-time, it is not permanent.

    Advice to Management

Make the sales contract partnerships longer in length.
