clean house.
Pros
Fun, creative atmosphere. Some very hardworking folks who care very much about the creative work and the final product. Kristi Vandenbosch is a fantastic leader who is really taking the place somewhere great.
Cons
Very disorganized, lost all its cache once Hal left and was nearly run into the ground by recent CEOs, like KF.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep using the holding company to your advantage.
Pros
Very laid back, focused on fun and team development. Had employee-thrown gatherings almost every week. Hard working creative bunch. Good integration between departments and some great creative work.
Cons
Unstable - lost clients and had to go through many layoffs. Was transitioning from being a midsize to small agency so some pain associated with that
Advice to Senior Management
Finding a new voice for the agency is imperative.
