    Slave not a manager

    Assistant Manager (Former Employee)

Prosfree clothing every season for managers, 4 weeks training expenses paid,

Consextremely understaffed, very stressful environment, expect to work overtime not paid and no day in lieu ! absolutely no recognition and appreciation from senior management, 15% discount only, lack of organisation, floor visuals required to be done during busy hours, sometimes twice a day, all messy and looking not inviting for customers, no clear exchange policies etc,

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to people who work on the floor every day. We are not slaves but trying to help you make your targets and make everyone happy. Appreciate it!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

ProsPull & Bear gave me the choice to get a feel of what all the departments on their HQ looked like. Also, they gave a great overview of their general business model, which is extremely interesting.

ConsLearning could have been even more dynamic.
