I have been working at Pulte Homes full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is very nice to each other and people are smart. The culture has reasonable expectations of work hours. We get bagels and donuts every Friday morning. There is WIFI on the outdoor patios if you want to work outside.

    Cons

Open office plan is very noisy and distracting. Traffic to the Buckhead office can be terrible though it is right next to the MARTA station if you can make that work.

    Advice to Management

Create more quiet work spaces for people to go to when they need to focus. You talk about humble but the executives have gigantic office spaces that they are never in and you have apple laptops while everyone else has Dell - not good optics.

I worked at Pulte Homes as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

This internship provides you with a very entrepreneurail setting and all forms of sales experience. There is a high level of mentorship and support from the company.

    Cons

The internship itself has little to no training as well as very little direction on what exactly to do. I would reccomment changing this.

    Advice to Management

Develop a little more structure into the program and help interns to see all sides of the business not just sales. Also have a actually training period before hitting the salesfloor

I have been working at Pulte Homes full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great structure from top to bottom. Great leadership and vision. Excellent product and ample room to increase salary.

    Cons

Your experience will vary from division. Departments aren't always in sync with each other. Sales is great, but when you run into issues that require interdepartmental coordination, it can get tough. Especially since the support staff is not on the floor dealing with the customers.

    Advice to Management

Emphasize coordination between departments. The stress is different at each department, but ultimately you need to make the stress less on the customer. Organize pricing and community releases. Don't be sloppy.

    Pros

Very organized. Great Team environment. My opinion counts and given the opportunity to make processes that work better if I see something that can be done more efficiently. Benefits after 30 days.

    Cons

Cleaning up the mess the former employees made in the department.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. It seems like there's a new direction this years aimed at getting anonymous employee feedback and that's an excellent idea! Keep it up!
