    Pros

Easy Job, not a lot of complicated tasks. Great place to work on your customer service.

    Cons

Parents get nasty when their kids birthdays do go perfectly to plan, even if its the birthday kids own fault.

    Advice to Management

Don't blame your employees right off the bat. And corporate, dont blame the employees either, blame their manager, he/she is responsible for how the crew members are trained and disciplined.

    Pros

Availability/time-off is flexible, with the greatest availability needed during nights and weekends. This is the perfect job for a student. Pizza, cake, and soda becomes part of a balanced diet. This is service industry, so staff do online and on-the-job training and are always given advice for ways to improve their service. The experience working with parents/kids is valuable.

    Cons

The work environment can be very demanding and stressful. Many staff, especially PAs/PCs, don't receive as many hours as they should. Some shifts are understaffed, and PC typically doesn't have enough help. Some parents and parties can be difficult to work with and please.

    Advice to Management

Make sure all employees are highly-trained, make sure there's enough help during each shift (PA/PC). Keep stressing personal and store growth/improvement, Super STAR service, etc. Give raises and bonuses according to individual performance.
