    Pros

Dreamed high achived high & it was the mission. It forerunner bank.

    Cons

For last two years performance had gone down because Bank is busy to establish new innovations
Like Pragati Branches, Transaction Analysis, 100% validation of DATA & increasing gross NPA.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Our moto should be "Growth with control & not control with growth". Ask branches what they can give in the coming year, accept it & prepare/redraft plans. Accountabilty should be fixed in view of keeping in mind that what would have happened if I would have been in his shoes.
