I worked at Punjab National Bank full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

An Organisation with 117 years of Banking Excellence with strong pillars laid by purely Indian Nationals

    Cons

Hard working, Honesty, past track record deserves some recognition -

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Selfish, opportunistic sycophancy deserves to be discouraged - after all no contact or position is permanent without contribution to the healthy growth of organisation. Otherwise people will love their profession & competence only for personal survival and may not love the Organisation, as people may not be knowing when their Organisation stops loving them
