I worked at Punjab and Sind Bank full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

In 1975, name of this bank was shining as a star and I have chosen to serve in this institution.

    Cons

After passing through much hazards Bank is migrated to CBS. Now bank should run a sprint rather than going slowly for the overall development of Bank .
Analyze the brain capability of each employee carefully and then select their job to be assigned. The contribution of HRD needs to have innovative ideas.to train their employees to get maximum results from them.
Our MOTTO should be grab the position of NUMBER ONE BANK.
I shall pray to Almighty for this.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Top management should be completely focussed unitedly to take tis bank at number one in the industry.

I worked at Punjab and Sind Bank full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Homely atmosphere. Positive approach of Management , Seniors & Juniors. Presently there are excellent chances of regular promotions due to expension of Branch net work, huge retirement of senior employees.

    Cons

Previously there used to be frequent far away transfers which is applicable now. The Bank previously used to recruit staff from north side and transfer to far away places from their place of domicile. But this problem is now not there as staff is recruited through IBPS and most of the staff is posted nearby their place of domicile (Except Senior Management )

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Should listen/Care to the Retired/Ex-employees as they have been some time instrumental in developmnt of the organization. The higher Management should interest frequently with staff so as to encourge them and they should feel that they can freely share their views/suggestions for the development of Institution
