    Pros

Work mostly with people your own age Large focus on personal development The company invests a lot in its technology Great reputation, if you decide you want to leave there are a lot of other opportunities available

    Cons

Not a 9-5 job. Expect to work late hours and weekends or until the job is done High turnover so run into staffing issues with retaining experienced team members Steep learning curve, expect to be given tasks you know nothing about and need to figure out on your own
