one of the best places i have ever worked

Tax Associate (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsFlexiblity to the fullest - if it rains or snows heavly, alot of people will work from home. Majority of people will work from home on fridays.

Excellent benefits and unlimited sick days

Work is very clean and clients are big named. Training is excellent.

ConsVery political, but professional, so if you don't want to play politics its fine.

Very hard to get promoted and takes longer then other big 4 firms, however, because you work at pwc, you be a senior, and get a manager role at another company if needed. Biggest advise is never to complain about anyone or anything, it will be used against you during compensation time.

This place is very professional, looks and the way you dress/present yourself matter here more then anyother place i have worked at.

Advice to Senior Managementif you see 2 people don't get along, don't force them to work together.
