    I worked at PwC

    Pros

Had a great experience. The team was young and engaged, I had interesting tasks, and learned a lot. Work-life balance was also great, with most days ending between 7 and 8.

    Cons

There can be days when there is little to do and you just have to sit off time. Also, the experience depends a lot on your specific team and or mentor. It's a good idea to judge whether or not you should do this job by the people you are being interviewed by.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be a little more engaged with interns, or at least learn their names. x x x x x x x x x x x x x x

I have been working at PwC full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Nice colleagues to work with on your own level, elbow culture above that.

    Cons

Bosses are profit driven and don't care about most employees except their favorites. Not very organized, good for entry level, go elsewhere if you are a professional. Revolving door company.
