I worked at PwC full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Amazing learning experiences, good performance based bonuses especially if you are in the top grade / rank, personal development training.

    Cons

Very long working hours, so work life balance is almost a myth. Though there are plenty of clients, the path to become a Director or Partner is very difficult because of the need to proof a business case and that most existing partners must support you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work-life balance matter and be prepared to walk the talk. Be prepared to create a new culture where employees are not worked to their bones just for the sake of pleasing the clients.
