I have been working at PwC full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Occasionally, you'll meet some great people that work here for mysterious reasons.

    Cons

100% no attention for people. No interest for a person's skills, background or preferences. The management only cares about sales and has no idea of the activities done by the operative people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More soft skills are needed. Top managers cannot communicate with people and are never sincere. Probably it would be good to separate careers managers/technical people.
