I have been working at PwC as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful people, great place to launch a career, fabulous benefits and they hire on most of their interns full time after. PwC is great at celebrating milestones in your career and every promotion you get comes with a trip or huge monetary reward/added benefit. Interns get to go to Disney World when they are offered a full time job. The culture is very work hard play hard and we love to have a good time.

    Cons

I'm sure it depends on your LoS but I have no complaints

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

    Work with large clients
    Work with young, energetic individuals
Opportunity to advance at young age
Travel - Opportunity to see new cities for training
    Job security

    Cons

A lot of hours and hard deadlines which will involve late nights and weekends
Promotions only occur once a year
Underpaid for the amount of work required
Travel - Could be put on projects out of the office for months on end in small towns

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promotion process is too rigid and turns a lot of people away. Many associates think that only payoff in long run is to stay until partner.
