I have been working at PwC full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGreat work atmosphere.
Good co-workers.
Interesting topics covered in the job: you keep learning a lot of things all your career at PwC.
You get to manage quickly (2-3 years) people (interns or junior associates).

ConsPeople tend to work a lot even when it is not fully necessary.
Up to a certain point, getting promoted is getting harder and harder (8-9 years experience) given the high number of partners.

PwC (Current Employee)
Paris (France)

I have been working at PwC full-time for more than 3 years

ProsBig company with offices around the world, supposedly a lot of opportunities for internal mobility, decent salary, looks good on a resumé,

ConsIf you start at the bottom be prepared to put in a lot of hours with terrible managers and no support from HR

Junior Auditor

Junior Auditor (Former Employee)
Neuilly-sur-Seine (France)

I worked at PwC as an intern for less than a year

ProsIt is a very pleasant environment to evolve into as most people are only a couple years older than you and that you can pretty much feel free to talk to anyone. It is also a very dynamic firm in certain areas and in particular the one i was into: Asset Management.

ConsAudit is fairly repetitive and I wouldn't advise to do that on the long term unless no other choice.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe organization works fairly well, some manager maybe lack serious management skills as they don't always know how to deal with the people working for them who they are really friends with
