I have been working at PwC

    Pros

The on boarding process was great. The recruiter I worked with was great. Training was strong, thought I felt it could have been a little more hands on. The hours are long, but that's par for the course with big four. HR is very responsive, salary is semi low to start but goes up quick. Travel is light for NY metro market, not sure about other markets. Pretty flexible for the most part. Overall definitely a great place for someone to start their career.

    Cons

They throw a lot at you right away. The NY office is crowded. Associates don't get permanent desks, and the whole hoteling thing is super annoying.
