I have been working at PwC full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Culture, everyone is young, fast work environment, and exposure to the biggest clients in the world. Honestly, pwc is a great firm to jump start any career. And from there on, the balls are on your court

    Cons

Pyramid like structure, the pay can be very little compare to the work in the industry but pwc does have good exit opportunities so that makes up for the little pay

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at PwC full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Corporate culture, commitment to training and development, flexible work hours, real time professional feedback, smart and ambitious colleagues, fun events throughout the year, number of interesting activities to engage in outside of client work

    Cons

The nature of the work itself isn't always interesting or stimulating, for a new hire out of college there is very little control over the type of work that you'll be doing, behavior needed to satisfy the client can sometimes be soul-sucking

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

While balancing the needs of the business, provide opportunities for junior staff to get on engagements more aligned to their career interests.

Current Intern - Tax Intern in Miami, FL
Current Intern - Tax Intern in Miami, FL

I have been working at PwC as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Great place to start my career because there is a lot of information to learn.
    Great work environment.
    Casual Fridays is awesome!
As an intern you will receive help from co-workers, and also you will be able to participate in events.

    Cons

    - A lot of hours
    - For a company that wastes so much money, I find a little offensive that they do not pay for employees parking which could cost about $300 per month.
    - I like public accounting unfortunately the hours are always long, and in a company like PwC you are expected to work weekends sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep doing what you're doing!
