    Pros

Many opportunities, awesome people to work with, and many good clients

    Cons

Working hours can be crazy. Should try hard to balance your life.

    Advice to Management

Care more about how new joiners feel. Should have some more effective surveys to let new joiners evaluate their experience.

    Pros

    Schedule is very flexible
The company is very young overall, surrounded by other recent grads

    Cons

Long hours during certain times of the year
Partners can seem a bit disconnected from the associates doing the brunt of the work

    Advice to Management

Connect more with the associates, a small bit of recognition goes a very long way.

    Pros

PwC Is a great starting firm right out of college for a variety of reasons:

    1. The on-the-job training that you receive once you begin with the firm is second to none. Most of the clients I have worked on are top companies within their specific industries where there is a lot to learn.

    2. As a first year associate, you will be expected to ask lots of questions so you can learn and develop your auditing skills.

    3. Having PwC on your resume will open so many career opportunities that you never knew about.

    4. I have worked with some of the best and brightest individuals where I have learned so much more than I expected.

    5. The teams are pretty flexible during normal season as long as you speak up and explain your situation.

    Cons

    1. During busy season, the hours can become very stressful and it is very easily to become overwhelmed. There is not very much flexibility as there is a sheer amount work that needs to be completed with a accelerated deadline.

    2. It is very challenging rotating off a client/engagement once you get placed on it.

  6. Intern auditing

    Pros

You get to work with a lot of talented, bright people. Working late hours builds a lot of comradery. Emphasis on training and continuing ed is great for start of career as well.

    Cons

While there are benefits to working at a big company, I feel it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. You are also expected to work a lot with limited pay your first few years.

    Pros

Get a ton of hands on experience right from the beginning. If you stick it out, the sky is the limit

    Cons

Busy season never ends. Everyone quits constantly so you're left to pick up their scraps. Pay is not great, but you have to know that its an investment and the longer you stay its more and more worth it.

    Advice to Management

Just hire more people or pay us more. The business model is built on just churning through people.
