Firm provides training year on year.

    Cons

Poor staff retention, people are leaving, so there's always shortage of staffs.
Starting pay is lower as compared to other firms or government sector, but compensated but fast increment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at PwC full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Good place to kick-start an accounting career as you will learn a lot. Under the sheltered working environment, it feels like a school and there is a culture of willingness to help your peers out whenever they have questions. Depending on the department, you will almost certainly have "batch mates" if you are an entry-level staff. The camaraderie is always fun.

    - Overemphasis on charging one's time
