    Pros

I was there for 2 years as a trainee. I learned a lot there and got along very well with my colleagues! The company has a very clear promotion system, so you are expected to learn and grow every year. Last, the pay is higher than average!

    Cons

When it was busy, I had to work overtime, sometimes even til 1am.

    Pros

You can grow rapidly in a challenging environment.

    Cons

I worked a lot. Work-life imbalance is serious.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as your family members.

    Pros

Fun, Learn a lot. Recommend for summer intern at any year of college. Work load depends on department you are placed into.

    Cons

    None I can think of.

    Advice to Management

    Good Job

    Pros

It is a competitive working environment. The firm has plenty challenging works, yet mostly done collaboratively.

    Cons

Long working hours (which is the nature of the industry...)

    Pros

Good for people who like a straightforward work environment. There is a very organized approach in tackling any project. Inventory check ups can be interesting, and you will travel a lot/will not be stuck in the home office all day (you will be stuck in someone else's conference room).

    Cons

Might be a bit dry for those who would like to let their own critical thinking or analytic skills go to use. The compensation and promotion is a bit too structured; they depend less on merit, but more on time worked at the place.

    Advice to Management

Enforce office rules more strictly. Pay more attention to individual development within the intern and first year associate groups so they learn to enjoy work.

  11. Great!

Former Intern - Assurance Intern in Taipei (Taiwan)
Former Intern - Assurance Intern in Taipei (Taiwan)

I worked at PwC as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The environment was friendly and people genuinely care about you. More experienced people are very willing to help you. They would actually try to be your friends instead of purely co-workers.

    Cons

There is a lot of work to be done and overtime is often needed. If you can't handle overtime than it's probably not the right place for you.
