    Pros

Perfect working environment in the office. Everyone is very friendly. You can learn a lot related to accounting during the internship.

    Cons

Huge amounts of work during the busy season. You have to work overtime even if you are an intern. Generally the work balance problems.

    Advice to Management

I suggest the company would organise people for more outdoor activities and make a better work life balance. To focus more on employees' health.

I have been working at PwC

    Pros

Good experience that will make it easy to get any job in indaustry as the market leader. Experience of large corporate companies

    Cons

The hours are almost as bad as investment banking hours. The workload is horrendous at the qualified level and managers will often leave before you to finish their work for them

    Advice to Management

Pwc should pay overtime. 15 plus hours per week of overtime is not reasonable. Managers ahould be expected to work similar hours to staff working for them
