    Pros

Upward mobility, salary, collegiate environment & overall excellent benefits (401k, Medical etc)

    Cons

Constant lay-offs! Massive resource pooling and exit of longtime staff members, some whom had been previously singled out for excellence, as it shifted operations to outsourcing. IMHO, too much unnecessary cost cutting.

    Advice to Management

Way too many well paid middle management, and useless project managers for a company that size.

    Pros

Appeared to be on the right t track in N. America but prior acquisition activity caught up with them.

    Cons

Current leadership less than engaged/collegial. A lot of people simply doing time.
    Future is uncertain
Appear intent on killing the NA business

    Advice to Management

    Wake up....

    Pros

This company has an excellent 401K plan, wellness plan, and reasonable Health/Dental plan.

    Cons

They have spent the last 10 years growing through acquiring other companies without bothering to integrate them as they were purchased. There have been multiple Executive Boards with different agendas and directions(which has caused a lot of confusion and waste of resources. A great many America jobs are being off-shored.

    Pros

Good pay and benefits, work life balance is fine depending on which group you are in

    Cons

Never ending organizational changes and heavy turnover, no strategic direction from top leadership to down, no career progression opportunities, poor culture and professionalism across the organization

    Advice to Management

Please keep the good talent, and not just cheap/low cost employees with less skills. Focus on moving forward and differentiating in the market rather than keep churning the same round and round in the name of organizational changes.

    Pros

Your peers are awesome, unfortunately everyone is so busy that you cannot really interact with others.

    Cons

The CIO has no backbone and lives in la la land if he thinks his directs will ever turn things around, the egos on them are incredible, and the staff feels that if the senior managers aren't held accountable, why should they be, lead by example. The infighting to make is other look bad is comical.

    Advice to Management

Fire the CIO and 5 directs and you may actually get somewhere!

    Pros

Large and stable with potential for internal transfers domestically and internationally.

    Cons

Bureaucratic and rigid role levels tied to compensation levels regardless of performance outside of these parameters

    Advice to Management

Focus on retaining talent and soft people skills and eliminate negative culture of blame which inhibits innovation

    Cons

No Communication what so ever. No sense of direction from Management. To many Chiefs and not enough Indians.

    Advice to Management

More to all the CEO's, COO's etc…speak to the ppl who bust their tail for you day in and day out. You want to see change for the better speak to them.
