    Pros

    Worked here for 2.5 years. Good benefits, prime location.

    Cons

    Micromanaging was the worst part. As most call centers are. Managers preferred some employees over others.

    Your opinion is of real worth. They are very proactive in Washington, D.C. because taking care of the American farmer is an a actual priority.

    Cons

    NAU is another unfortunate victim of globalization and needing a parent company to keep them alive and running.

    Great people to work with; Autonomy when doing work

    Too money focused
    Allow the people who did not know how to run the business to continue to run the business
    Pitted employees against each other
    Failed to recognize good contributors

    Stop with the 'cronyisms' that is rampant in the company and put women back onto the EMB.

    Great people, management is always there to help, benefits are great

    Cons

    qbe is a global company so they restrict employees from off site events. Budget is very strict and prevents employees from reaching maximum potential.

    My manager was great but restricted by upper management to provide what was needed for employees to grow with the company.

    Company is based out of Australia. So much of the company was out sourced and good employees lost their job.

    None anymore. The people have lost all hope.

    Cons

    No direction, layoff and outsourcing seems to be the answer to all problems. Another change in New York leadership this year means another change and more closings.

    Sell the US company.
