    Pros

    I love that this job rewards you with bonuses. It feels nice to get them. I love middle management as they listen well. I lvoe the customers i get to meet

    Cons

    No on trust us. no one listens to us. As a field employee I know what IS and what IS NOT working.

    Take a risk and trust your field employees

    Pros

    Days off, office setting, paid time off, the customers

    Micromanagement, area managers, constant policy changes, upper management nit on the same page

    Advice to Management

    Do away with the area manager position. They make you feel incompetent and make themselves feel important. If branch managers were actually allowed to do their job and manage the branch there would be absolutely no need in having area managers. The company could save tons of money by eliminating their pointless and rather annoying positions. The regional manager working with branch managers could work well. The high turnover us mostly due to micromanagement.also you want us to be available to answer our phone on our day off give us the area managers phones, we would use them for what they're meant for unlike they do. No phone bill allowance yet I have to take calls every day off. Love my employees and love to help but the areas need go be eliminated.

    Pros

    The company does pay a fair wage but not enough for the schedules you have to work.

    Cons

    Be prepared to be invisible or cared about CONSTANTLY! All upper management has their favorite employees picked & they allow them totally free rain to do whatever they want when they want,! They turn a blind eye to any mistakes they make & see nothing wrong with breaking Corp policy & procedures as long as they don't get caught, then they'll blame it on innocent employees to take the fall.
    WORK SCHEDULES ARE NEVER EVER FAIR!! Taking off every single weekend, mangers even taking vacation at the busiest times leaving employees to handle all the customers & duties, which they expect to be done no matter how busy you are. Forget have doc appt etc for yourself, they do not care.

    Advice to Management

    Start your own investigation you see who abuse their management power & plz stop turning a blind eye to it. Employees & staff are being used EVERY SINGLE DAY to handle the bulk of the work. Analysis who is really doing the work, but the mangers getting all the credit. This could be a great place to work again if everyone was really team & gave a team effort by all the employees instead of just a few.

    Private bathroom stalls and free hand soaps.

    Employees are constantly micromanaged quit yelling at people.

    Pros

    Monthly Bonuses, Health Benefits and FSA, 401K. PTO and Paid Vacation after 1 year.

    Cons

    Never get 40 hours. Always pressured to grow grow grow when the company is not willing to spend $ for us to do so. Lack of communication and listening skills from upper management. Just an employee number in the system.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees. We know our areas and our customers. Stop trying to micro manage, and let us be the managers you hired us to be because you saw our ability! Be willing to put a little money out up front to get more people in the door.
