    ProsMonthly Bonuses, Health Benefits and FSA, 401K. PTO and Paid Vacation after 1 year.

    ConsNever get 40 hours. Always pressured to grow grow grow when the company is not willing to spend $ for us to do so. Lack of communication and listening skills from upper management. Just an employee number in the system.

    Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees. We know our areas and our customers. Stop trying to micro manage, and let us be the managers you hired us to be because you saw our ability! Be willing to put a little money out up front to get more people in the door.

    Homegrown, honest, midwest values finance company.

    ProsCompetitive pay, good benefits, good training, yearly reviews and increases. They want to be the nice guy in a bad guy industry.

    ConsVery conservative company in an aggressive industry. Lots of pressure to increase store profitability every year. Co-workers can be flaky. Entry level pays about as much as a fast food restaurant.

    Advice to Senior ManagementBe aggressive with products and competition. Don't just rely on being the nicest company.

    Confusing organization to work for

    ProsSteady work, average benefits "kinda expensive and continue on the rise"

    ConsConstant regulation issues. Upper management does not value store level employees. Constantly rolls out new products with regulatory issues.

    Advice to Senior ManagementProvide a better atmosphere to store level employees. Hire consultants to assist on new products to insure the roll out is smooth.

    Strong company, good midwest values.

    ProsHonest, allow growth, good training. The pay is good, good benefits, work with the employees

    ConsCan be monotonous work. You make a lot of phone calls, collection calls. Store locations can be in bad areas of town.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPay for CSR's, Asst. Mgr's, Mgr's is low. McDonalds pays more
