    Pros

    The staff get along with each other even when they don't. Great acknowledgement for a job well done. Prime location

    Pros

    A very quick hiring process from start to finish.

    Cons

    Terrible feedback. Lackluster staff doing the bare minimum. No support for the consultant in regards to a client issue.

    Reevaluate how everything is done. Fire half the staff.
