The benefits are great, company is supportive of their employees

Awesome pay, paid housing for interns, lots of events and chances to get to know other interns and full-time employes
Cons
Work is not challenging, not enough work, too much time to get ramped up and get basic tools (VS etc.), Had to make my own work
Advice to Senior Management
Have work ready for interns before they show up so that they are not bored/have nothing to do
Pros
good tech work and good team work
Cons
company size is big enough to restrict rapid career adv
Advice to Senior Management
good strategic decisions are being made, but need to be a little less aggresive on the engineer

Cons
Work overload is a bit more
Pros
Fun and rewarding team building events, sense of community between employees, QLIFE events, free membership to JCC, tennis classes, etc. Reviews twice a year.

There was a LOT of work to do and was very difficult to take a vacation.
Advice to Senior Management
stop promoting patent dept employees based on politics/friendships/mediocrity rather than talent and potential.

Advice to Senior Management
recognize employees work better and encourage learning more..
Pros

Cons
Requires round the clock attention to job.
Advice to Senior Management
Invest in industry leading technology.
Pros

-Smart, work oriented people (no babysitting other employees)
-Empowerment environment (figure everything out for yourself)
-Ability to work on cunning edge technology and change the work with your ideas
-Fast paced & dynamic working environment
-Bi-annual performance reviews (includes merit increase, cash & RSU bonuses)

Cons
-Have to be in a position for at least 3 years
-If you transfer to a different division your 3 years in position get reset
-Your tech manager has the biggest weight on your performance reviews
-When you get a job there they will almost always push you down in title to reduce quicker rise to management positions, will still pay you well for your experience
Advice to Senior Management
When employees transfer divisions do not reset their years in position to 0. This is the worst business practice I have ever seen. I have seen many excellent engineers with very high performance reviews pushed out of the company because they were either forced to change divisions or changed to gain knowledge and ended up having to leave the company when they realized they had to wait around 4-6 years before they could ever get a promotion even though their performance reviews were outstanding.
Pros
Benefits
Great supervisors
Great workmates
Education assistance
Fair salaries
Cons
No childcare
Long drive
Limited job openings
Pros
Amazing opportunity for growth. Big company, so you meet a lot of different people. Great benefits and competitive salary.
Cons
If you are not much of a social person, you may feel left out at times.
