Pros
this is a great place to work, good salary, work culture, benefits. San diego weather is awesome as well, ha.
Cons
Laid back, reactive nature, but that's changing. Would be good to have more socializing amongst employees. Also, bad office space, too cramped.
Advice to Senior Management
Be more proactive, improve office space and employee interactions through social events etc. Also, make the company more democratic, I.ie. involve the employees more in decision making.
Pros
Great benefit package for everyone
Cons
Engineers are treated like kings,
Advice to Senior Management
Move all jobs to San Diego
Pros
Very smart people and great work culture.
Good benefits and compensation.
Sufficiently challenging and interesting projects.
Enough opportunity for growth.
Cons
Staffing personnel not the most professional at times.
Less than desired documentation and support.
Significant amount of bureaucracy in organization.
Advice to Senior Management
HR/Staffing could be more professional in their work.
Compensation could be reconsidered to be best in industry than just being competitive at maximum.
Pros
salary, job security, nice city, good weather
Cons
outlook of wireless communications is not that good
Advice to Senior Management
treat engineers well, give more credit to engineer other than managers
Pros
great benefits, not just talking about healthcare
Cons
Long hours & high expectations
Pros
* You learn a lot about wireless domain.
* Great health insurance plan
Cons
* Less Pay
* Extremely poor management
* Lack of transparency
* Too much stress
Advice to Senior Management
Too much managerial politics is ruining the future, listen to engineers because they are the core of the organization. Many experience folks are leaving the organization because of this reason. The current development model is not sustainable, give more for development for better quality of code.
Pros

Cons
too much politics and very low productivity
Advice to Senior Management
layoff 50% middle level manager who do/know nothing but on meeting all the day.
Pros

loads of people. no RnD work for Interns. commitment required. not much scope for development and learning. fair overall. good..
Pros
In san diego this is the best company to work for since there are not many options and among all other company it provides the best package and environment.
Cons
Salaries are not competitive. Bonus are bad and advancement opportunity is not much. Also, unless you know people well, its hard to move from one department to another.
Pros
Best city to live and raise kids. reasonable house market. good benefit.
Cons
only a few high tech companies available in San Diego city
