    Pros

    Great group of people, excellent benefits, plenty of time off.

    Cons

    Low pay, sitting in front of a computer all shift, rude customers

    Pros

    Strong focus on positive workplace environment. Benefits package very satisfactory. Employee discount on products. Cafeteria on site is affordable and good quality. Starbucks coffee on site as well.

    Cons

    Strong focus on money instead of on customer satisfaction. Difficult to advance career and get promoted. Necessary to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on professional development, focus on customer instead of money. Focus on money caused people to cut corner and not keep the customer's best interest at heart.

    QVC really looks out for their employees. Great to work for with flexible work arrangements, 401K

    The salary isn't competitive with the market. I feel we are under paid for what we do

    I Started Off As An Order Processer Then Ended Up Being A Customer Service Rep. I Absolutely Loved Both Of My Managers. Even Other Call Center Managers Was Helpful

    I worked at QVC full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Very good CEO. Well intentioned desire to build a great culture, but poor execution. They do a good job hiring good people. Nice facility and work environment.

    Cons

    Poor Sr Leadership in the Distribution Center. This used to be great but they let a couple of the strongest leaders go which made the others want to follow.

    Advice to Management

    Look back and return to what the DC was doing and managers that really care. The DC has clearly took steps backward. QVC could easily be the best place to work but without changes it will continue to decline.

    Pros

    In-store Managers are cool, Starting Pay is good, flexible hours if you let them know in advance, coworkers are on even terms and new hires

    Cons

    long hours, some customers are the worst ever, hardly any time off, and an okay compensation

    Advice to Management

    The desk sitters in charge or the Outlet Locations need to understand that employees have lives outside of the workplace....who wants to spend 12 hours working during thanksgiving
