“Some good and bad reasons to work here”
Current Employee – been working at Qarshi full-time for less than a year
Pros – Salary is provided at time. Company with great profitability in market. Job is secure over here.
Cons – Cant express your good/bad opinions with any employee. Processes are very slow. Appreciation is almost negligible. Increments are at very low rate.
Advice to Senior Management – Please make processes fast.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Cons – must have to go to field.
