Pros – this a flexible organization dedicated to retaining both clients and employees alike. Best place I have ever worked.

Cons – A little disorganized, but overall a great place to work. Its growing at a fast rate so the minor details get missed, but that is to be expected.

Advice to Senior Management – Need a better organizational structure, which will come with time. There is a lot of growth, so the growing pains will fade.

Pros – Some very good people. Some very good work being done.

Cons – The company professes 3 very outstanding tenets (Honesty and Integrity Govern our Activities; Commitments Made Will Be Fulfilled; Everyone Will Be Treated With Dignity and Respect). Actually behavior is 180 degrees opposite.

Advice to Senior Management – It's a bad culture run by morally deficient and incapable people. There really is no hope so the current management should ride it out as long as they can.
