I have been working at Qthink

    Pros

A company with a good reputation in their industry, a management team that is concerned to do the right things and things right, people centric organization providing good work life balance

    Cons

Services businesses are hard to grow and suseptible to economic changes. Working on projects at client site my turn into long term engagements as long as 1 to 2 years. Good for the company but can create a disconnect in sense of belonging between employee and company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

more frequent communications with employees. Also more meetings and activities that bring the group together. Since there are many employees that work off site in a consulting capacity, efforts need to be made to reduce the alienation effect that may exist from time to time.
