Pros – A company with a good reputation in their industry, a management team that is concerned to do the right things and things right, people centric organization providing good work life balance

Cons – Services businesses are hard to grow and suseptible to economic changes. Working on projects at client site my turn into long term engagements as long as 1 to 2 years. Good for the company but can create a disconnect in sense of belonging between employee and company

Advice to Senior Management – more frequent communications with employees. Also more meetings and activities that bring the group together. Since there are many employees that work off site in a consulting capacity, efforts need to be made to reduce the alienation effect that may exist from time to time.
