    Pros

    Fast paced company centered in interesting technology areas. Ability to wear more than one hat, and room for growth.

    Cons

    Environment is not for everyone. If punching a time-clock is what you are used to, this is likely not a good fit.

    very few to even comment on

    Cons

    horrible CEO very task oriented, drama of the day type thing no freedom to create, just do as your told

    hire good people and let them do what they know how to do!

    Pros

    Small size company with enthusiastic employees and management. Friday is half a day off and benefits are good. Great location in San Diego.

    Cons

    Not organized enough. Making efforts to improve. Acquired another company and integration is still in progress. Need to improve some processes.

    Advice to Management

    Improve transparency and processes. Invest in your people.

    Pros

    Friday afternoon off, some of the people lower down the chain are actually really nice to work with

    Cons

    The management running the supply chain/operations have no idea what they are doing, I would have to explain weekly what was going on, no direction and horrible employee building management styles.

    Advice to Management

    change the people running ops

    Friday afternoon off. Small company feeling but wants to grow big. Most people are helpful.

    Cons

    Can be a fast paced atmoshpere. Constant changes. Turnover can be high.

    Friday afternoons off was a nice touch. Benefits are ok

    Cons

    there is no leadership just a dictator. you will never be given the freedom to innovate.

    Work life balance is great, and co-workers are nice people to work with. If you do everything your CEO says how, and when you are fine.

    This company needs better structure.

    This is a company with hard-working individuals that don't mind multitasking and being challenged.

    Cons

    Employees are overworked. There needs to have focus on resource needs.

    Pros

    Great work environment with amazing management and coworkers. I work directly with most of the management and the CEO, it is great to be around such positive and passionate people. The CEO is an intelligent and passionate person who cares about the company's well being.

    Cons

    I have few cons from my experience here at Quake Global.. The work environment is great and at the end of the day you feel like you accomplished something great. It is a very rewarding place to work.

    I have been working at Quake Global full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great place to really embrace your potential. Leadership here really wants passion and drive in employees and really listens if you talk. The CEO comes off as hard and brash, but really wants everyone to care as much as she does. I can honestly say that after 20 years in corporate America, she is one of the best and most passionate CEO's I have known.

    Cons

    Morale is low at times. This causes a huge amount of negativity to spread like a cancer throughout the employees. Employees haven't seemed to understand that they are in control of their personal success as well as the company's.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. Keep showing the employees your passion and really focus in on those that are giving everything they have. There are quite a few of them. Some of the people that have been around a long time, may not be the right management. They have the skills to help and be a part of the company, but not the leadership skills to motivate and coach employees. Leaders coach employees not drive them. Employees are hired because someone sees potential, most of the leadership here is new, find their strengths.
