    Pros

Good learning experience and great compensation. Exposure to various tools and great AE support to enhance learning.

    Cons

Less motivation for innovative and new ideas implementation. This should be ok once hiring stabilises. Once has to be careful about work-life balance.

    Advice to Management

Promote innovative ideas and work to balance work-life. Implement induction program before any project kicks-off and create an atmosphere where an employee can take pride in the quality of work they do.

    Pros

descent benefits, flexible timings, exposure of latest techonology

    Cons

    - Big communication gap between management & engineers. Management signs up too many projects beyond the execution limits of its engineers causing too much work pressure. As a result, you are expected to work late nights and weekends without exceptions.
    - There are too many mid level managers whose primary job is to conduct meetings through out the day, where only job done is collecting the status. Half of your day time goes into attending the meetings.
    - There is lot of politics & blame game across different teams.

    Pros

All permanent employees are technically very sound. Benefits are top notch. The management has strong outlook for the future.

    Cons

All people are geographically separated fro a large project so getting hold of somebody or meeting/review timings become odd, but its just the way nowadays.

    Pros

Good pay . Good reward for hard work through promotion or Bonuses etc . Open door policy and Work from Home option.

    Cons

No work life balance . More managers than Technical People . In some groups work is more like copy paste job simply execution .

    Advice to Management

People with Technical knowledge who are not so good in management should be treated on par with people who are good in managing people but less technical knowledge .People who are good at managing getting preference in promotion over technically good people . There should be Technical growth ladder for people good in technology .

    Pros

Great place to learn for a beginner. Flexible working hours and great perks for performance that too semi-annual. Employees can move across teams with moderate difficulty.

    Cons

One should be adaptable to high moving schedules. Lot of internal high level politics, but doesn't much matter to low level employees. Few low knowledgeable managers may make you fee irritated sometimes.

    Advice to Management

More opportunity should be given to employees to allow internal knowledge to flow across teams through proper sessions.
