    Pros

Good Compensation Free Food and other Benefits

    Cons

Work Quality below standard (but depends on team also). You may feel you are overqualified for the job. No diff b/w a very good and an average performer. Not much learning which can be counter-productive for your career growth. Work/Life Balance can be an issue in some teams.

I have been working at Qualcomm full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very good work culture with no micro-management. Flexibile work hours for the most part. Oppurtunity to work well-knowledged people in respective areas.

    Cons

Work might be cumbersome and non-exciting (most of the R&D is in San Diego). Development here typically implies bug-fixing and log-analysis. Low salary compared to other industry players.

    Advice to Management

An increase in Freshers' pay would be good when compared to other competitors like TI, AMD, etc.

Allocation of work to be more systematic. Can increase transparency in the system. Plus few members of HR at hyderabad are disrespectful
