    I worked at Quality Associates

    Pros

There are no identifiable reasons to work here unless you like abuse. If you look up incompetent in the dictionary you will find the owners pictures.

    Cons

Like working in a sweat shop from the early 1900s. Management thinks all employees are trying to steal from them.

    I worked at Quality Associates

    Pros

if you need a job it is alright, but you have no rights with the corp. you have more rights if you were in prison.

    Cons

Just do not work there if you want to have a life. Overtime is must even if they schedule it at the last minute on friday. Say like fifteen minutes before the end of the shift. Their work schedule is dictated by Protactor & gamles needs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management do not give a s___t about you, you are there only to make them money. Medical benefit are way to high IE. for a family of three or more is over $700 amonth that is BS.

I have been working at Quality Associates

    Pros

Management knows their stuff there isn't a lot else to say. People are very serious about QA. It's a good place to learn about QA GLP/OECD but not to stay for a long time.

    Cons

Little Vacation, Expensive Benefits, Flex Time not available to all employees, Certain policies are continuously in flux to cheat the employee of vacation time or sick time. The most infamous would be "severe weather policy" Which basically states that you can not use a sick day when severe weather policy is in effect...even if you are sick. So you must use vacation time of which they give precious little. You are often forced to use vacation time for other things that wouldn't normally be considered vacation. It also seems as though a lot of money is spent on appearances and little is spent on actual employee salaries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop treating your employees like criminals. The employee handbook paints each employee as a dishonest person, from page one.
