I have been working at Quality Inn & Suites full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's nice to meet people from such varied places and for varied reasons. It's great to help people.

    Cons

I hate talking on the telephone, especially when there are guests directly in front of me who also need my assistance.

    Advice to Management

Get the money holders to bring the rooms into the 21st century. If the property can't have new carpet perhaps it can have a new telephone system at least.
