Pros – Extremely positive future and great CEO, CFO and finance methods
Cons – Undergoing current company restructure and implementations that are not very well organized. I would recommend re-thinking the HR control factor.
Advice to Senior Management – You have a great company please don't lose that employee friendly attitude and allow coldness to seep in. I would suggest HR that is more employee friendly while guarding the company assets.

Pros – publicly traded company
large and fairly known in the medical software field
large number of interns
great direct supervisor
Cons – The work was very repetitive and project based.
no real interaction with upper management
