    Pros

    Company tried their best at doing fun things for the employees. Too bad it was just a bandaid for what's really going on

    Cons

    Absolutely the most incompetent management and HR Dept I have ever seen. Big time favoritism and overworking with little appreciation. Power trips are common and no real caring about the employees. CEO turns a blind eye. Huge revolving door as there are new people constantly

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get some training on how to speak and treat the people that work hard! Don't take employees for granted and get off the power trips. It's going to catch up one day when no one will work for this company!!

    Pros

    Coworkers and lower level management. Good people in the trenches. Would hate to lose these.

    Cons

    Nepotism, cronyism, and favoritism are a big problem. Hired relatives and friends who were not competent for the roles because they were related especially in HR and for the executive team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Too many political problems, and some in leadership just don't seem to care about what the employees are going through. No room to advance. You might consider actually listening to people who actually do know what's happening.

    Nice gifts especially during holidays.

    Cons

    Everything else! Poor management! It seems that the more incompetent you are, the more you get paid. The HR and Payroll Department are the most pathetic excuses for professionalism I've ever seen in my life!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please hire some outside consultants to analyze your HR and Payroll Department and make major changes before your company gets outrageous fines and penalties for non-compliance!

    Some good people at the lower ranks.

    Cons

    Nepotism runs through the company, leaving us with no one to turn to. Lack of leadership at functional levels - wrong people in some of those positions. Controls not in place to effectively manage people and projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    While there are good people at QSI/NextGen, there are some bad leaders in many areas. If you would look around, maybe talk TO the people, you might be surprised.

    Pros

    The company is growing and becoming more organized and structured.

    Cons

    Prior to becoming more organized each division was allowed to hire and fire at will. They now have a human resource department however there are still management that think they can do whatever they want and the HR department does not have the back bone to put a stop to it and instead they allow management to bully and harass their employees with no consequences.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Until you put a stop to this behavior the Company is going to continue to lose qualified employees.

    A wide range of colleagues brought talent and skill to the company and its clients. The flexible schedules were appreciated by everyone.

    Cons

    Had too many old-school executives who didn't recognize the way business presentations have changed with newer technologies, giving clients not exactly cutting-edge proposals.

    Re-evaluate team with an open-mind and research other successful companies to learn from.
