    ProsSalary is competitive, and there is opportunity to advance if you want to. Benefits package was good. Local (plant level) management was great.

    ConsFrom an employees point of view, corporate had a bit of a 'disconnect' as to 'real life' at the plant level.

    Good company to work for

    ProsQuanex is a great company to work for. They take care of their employees. I worked as a contractor and they treated me well.

    ConsManagement needs to get involved in the projects just the same way some of the business users show their involvement
