I have been working at Quanta Computer full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Easy Tasks
They do at least have some "company gatherings"

    Cons

Mundane tasks that will eventually be replaced by machines and automated validation systems.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The pay distribution is more than likely imbalanced...

I have been working at Quanta Computer full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Most workers gt to sit down and work on computers. No real heavy duty work involved here.
Good to learn about repairing computers.

    Cons

    Management is very poor.
The turnover rate is almost 70%.
The pay is very low with no raises.
If you get a raise, expect no more than $0.15 for a very very long time.
    Mangers are very biased.
There is no room for progress.
They lie just so you can stay with them.
There is no steady work schedule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to lower level managers and why so many people quit. Also, the pay needs to be increased to match the type of work.

I have been working at Quanta Computer full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

treat employees nicer and stop yelling at everyone over small things. Take blames when your team make mistakes instead of to push them out there to struggle alone. You will not have a team if you don't have team mates, so instead of being a dictator, be a team leader.
