Stable environment
Short work hour (compared with other electronics companies in Taiwan)
Better location (compared with Hsinchu)
Good welfare
In most case friendly people

Cons – No long-term product R&D
People don't have too much passion on work
Not "high-tech" enough (just to myself)
Compensation (averaged across employees) is not high but bonus part could vary a lot among people
Most people are not very smart

Advice to Senior Management – The gross profit (and risk) could be higher if we do some long-term R&D!

Advice to Senior Management – treat employees nicer and stop yelling at everyone over small things. Take blames when your team make mistakes instead of to push them out there to struggle alone. You will not have a team if you don't have team mates, so instead of being a dictator, be a team leader.

Pros – Chinese New Year is a very cool thing they do. Good work environment. They offer good training plans. Interesting products. Senior management was very helpful.

Cons – The pay scale was low. The amount of holiday time was low due to the nature of the business. The temperature of the manufacturing floor could get warm during summer months. Occasional physical inventories required all day Saturday work.
