I worked at Quanta full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Ability to get a lot of overtime hours if needed.

    Cons

You'll be working with a lot of blue collar workers. Harassment isn't monitored much. It's almost like working in another country where they aren't strict about those issues. Also, since it's a manufacturing company with such high liabilities, you probably won't be hired as a full-time employee with benefits. You'll most likely be a contractor forever.

    I worked at Quanta

    Pros

Meritocratic structure, young and dynamic environment, good work-life balance and general mood. Strong ethical standards, good reputation in the staffing industry.

    Cons

Strong centralization of decisional process. Many operational processes lack sophistication and are not always cutting edge quality. Top-down management culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Delegate more on management lines, be consistent with major projects and stick to strategies. Create a strong sales operations management team.
