Prosfree employee only health and dental coverage. they provide free cokes in the refrigerators and sometimes buy lunch for everyone.

Conslarge bonues create division between team members and drive 11 or 12 hour days. It is a good place to gain the world and loose your soul.

Advice to Senior Managementfollow through on expectations and promises and don't use employees like objects to drive large bonuses.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

ProsThey provide free lunch sometimes and are close to the Galleria if you enjoy shopping. They are located in the Williams Tower which provides a nice view of the area.

ConsThere were not any name plates for any of the offices or cubicals. I didn't see any organizational chart or structure when I was there. Requests frequently came from upper management with unrealistic deadlines. Life work balance was heavy on the work side (weekends and late nights). Vacation time was limited to two weeks a year.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest in your employees by not burning through them in a couple years.

Prosmarket segment leader, annual earnings steady and growing, large enough to get lost in, has a large geographical foot print if relocation is desired; corporate is isolated from the operating companies,; hterefore it does not have to exert any effort to maintain (or rather - justify) its existense - so long as all the corporate drones have to do is re-publish the work performed by the operating companies, then life is wonderful.

Conssenior management does not support "change" and will move mountains to assure the status quo. executive level is disconnected from daily management; conserverative approach to daily business is tempered with a firm belief that those at the top are alwasy right and that any new ideas must come from outside the organization before they could possibly be viable

Advice to Senior Managementwhen the visionary expounds a vision, then perhaps it would be a good idea to find some way to support the vision and incorporate it into your management
