Competent co-workers and management who are really nice people to boot, relaxed corporate culture and dress code, reasonable work-life balance.

Cons

Management could be better on giving feedback on job performance. More one on one review sessions should be implemented at all levels. IT department service could be improved.

Improve feedback on performance so employees have a chance to correct performance. Increase IT spending if possible.

Pros

The location is ideal, very talented and fun co-workers, the compensation and benefits are comparable if a little on the low side to similar companies.

Cons

Communication within the company is not executed well, the products are struggling, quality control issues preventing sales from closing. There are too many mid-level managers and "processes" just get in the way of getting things done. Too much time is focused on things that are not important. The company needs to spend more time working on making sure their products work correctly and promoting product to end users.

Take care of your people better, make this a better place to work with more of a work/life balance.
