Friendly HR people
cool ideas.
few good engineer

Cons – Lack of leadership
Manager seem to be ignorant technically.
mechanical engineer preform Electrical engineer job.
Safety hazard.
Making false promises to government and customer.
no access to lab equipment
A lot of reverse engineering.

Advice to Senior Management – Change Technical leadership, below CEO level. recommend hiring management team from fortune 100 company in the same field.

Pros – Working at Quantum as an engineer provides unique opportunities to be exposed to new technologies in hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as other alternate fuel energy projects.
Not restricted as in larger companies, to handling a small piece of the project
Team environment is excellent, among and between the different engineering groups
Salary compensation above industry norm

Cons – There is not so much work stability as found in larger companies, as Quantum is in many ways a startup company that is still looking to break thru and be a profitable company.
