    Pros

Decent pay, somewhat flexible work hours, potential bonus if you last long enough to receive

    Cons

hire and fire environment for all, management is cowboy-style as several leaders are from Texas after all, shoot from the hip style decision-making at all levels, Phoenix site is located next to a garbage dump/really rough side of town, break room is a dump itself, lots of problems with IT systems and equipment which hold back your job, no vision or plan so people get hired before budgets are finalized, lots of safety violations in production, value low-achieving good ole boys over new young professionals, very little feedback from supervisors when needed -holding back progress, highly deceiving management and take advantage of talents and ideas on short-term basis and then "let you go" for erroneous reasons after they get what they want out of you to avoid paying unemployment

    Advice to Management

don't hire people unless annual plan and vision is in place first, think out your ideas long-term before assigning projects, diversify your business model and customer base not to be dependent on 1 or 2 major players

    Pros

It's difficult to come up with many pros, some coworkers. It does seems to be growing if in a limping sort of way

    Cons

Some of the other reviews have said it well (except that 4 star one, an obvious shill). Management has poor tolerance and is unappreciative of the workforce. HR is leery of disciplining poor performance with a formal warning system perhaps due to favoritism. Initiative is discouraged as counterproductive.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the workforce more. Get rid of deadwood. Spend more resources encouraging performance. Orient away from a hammer mentality.

    Pros

Honestly, cannot think of any good reasons to work here. I felt like it was a waste of two years of my life. Made a few good friends, most of whom are no longer there, either.

    Cons

Very negative atmosphere. No happy employees as there is the constant threat of being replaced. Operating systems are not user-friendly, inefficient, bordering on obsolete. Communication between departments is severely lacking, if any at all. Supervisors constantly make mistakes and are not held accountable. Controller has not even basic knowledge of accounting and makes numerous banking errors for which any other employee would be fired. Management is sneaky, manipulative and has replaced many long-time employees with friends and former co-workers or temps. Extreme micro-management. Upper management is overly concerned about growing the business and has fallen out of touch with employees' needs.

    Advice to Management

Get back in touch with the people (employees) who helped you be where you are today. Open your eyes to how managers are hurting good people and ultimately hurting your business. Reward employees who go above and beyond instead of allowing them to be harassed and driven to seek other jobs. Hold the people who make the mistakes accountable, not the ones who discover and point them out. Institute up to date management techniques and stop the old-fashioned, inefficient micro-management. Come out of your offices once in a while and interact with your employees. Start viewing them as assets instead of unintelligent tools.

    Pros

New office building Made some good friends

    Cons

Pay is on the low side. Raises, if any, are insulting Computer systems are horrible and crash all the time The more you do, the more they want (with no insentive) Management & Controller have no clue what they're doing HR seems to have their hands tied and cannot help you because of office politics If you work hard and try to do the right thing, they will fire you. I was lucky, I quit.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes. You can not continue to treat and pay your employees like idioits and expect a good outcome.
